What we collect at registration. Your name, email address and date of birth, and the minimal details needed to create your member record. Registration is free.

Why. To create and secure your account, confirm the 15–50 age range, and contact you about your account (for example, to confirm your email or help you recover access).

How we protect it. Passwords are stored only in a hashed form. Access is limited to what a role legitimately needs. Sensitive actions are logged.

Your choices. You can view and update your own profile, and ask us to correct or remove your information, subject to records we are required to keep. Exact rights, retention periods, the responsible contact and the governing framework are pending fellowship and, where required, legal input.

If you are under 18. Additional consent applies before any identifiable image or detail of a minor is shown publicly. The approved wording and workflow are pending.
